STSP LLC (“the Company”), doing business as Markus (“Application” or “App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Privacy is important and we encourage you to carefully read and understand the Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share data that we gather related to your interaction with this website (“Site”) and the interaction with the Application. By using the Application, you accept and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Application is created to improve collaboration among families and close networks. The primary mode of collaboration involves sharing a long-form message (usually email) with a group of close collaborators. In order for users of the Application to share email, the Application links with the user’s email inbox (initially Gmail) and allows the filtering of various emails based on sender, keyword, or domain to the Application.

All emails fetched by the Application are kept locally, in your device’s memory. You may share selected emails with invited collaborators by using the “Discuss” function in the same way you share selected emails by forwarding them in your mail client. Without your explicit, intentional, and purposeful action, none of your collaborators will have access to any of your emails.

The Company’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. As the Application resides on the user’s mobile device, all interaction with the Google API happens directly and securely via the user’s mobile device.
